Manufacture
Here at our factory in Knowsley we have a total in-house manufacturing facility.
The use of traditional methods is applied in the construction of all our furniture. Our in-frame doors are mortise & tenon, then fitted by hand using trasditional butt hinges. Our solid Ash-wood drawer boxes are dovetailed and fitted on soft close drawer runners.
We use many solid hardwoods, softwoods and decorative veneers applyiong modern techniques and components when required to stand-up to the everyday use of a modern household.
All our furniture is polished or primed in our finishing shop prior to delivery and hand painting is carried out after our installation is complete.
